Bibby, who went undrafted in 2022, made her WNBA debut during the 2025 season with the Golden State Valkyries. The 6-foot-2 forward signed with the Fever that same season after being waived by the Valkyries.
Bibby initially signed a seven-day contract with Indiana amid the team's injury crisis. She eventually signed a rest-of-season deal but, unfortunately, suffered a season-ending left knee injury.
The former Mississippi State and Maryland standout played nine games for Indiana, averaging 3.9 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.0 three-pointers per contest.
The Portland Fire selected Bibby from the Fever in the WNBA Expansion Draft ahead of the 2026 season. The Fire then traded her to the Phoenix Mercury, who in turn waived her contract.
The Australian national eventually made her season debut with the Chicago Sky after signing a player development contract. She joined the Minnesota Lynx mid-season after accepting a standard contract offer from the team.
On Tuesday, Bibby shared a career update on social media. She posted an Instagram story sharing Valencia Basket's announcement welcoming her to the team.
"Welcome, @chloe_bibby! 🧡 … Chloe Bibby temporarily joins Valencia Basketball," the announcement read.
Bibby has left the United States to play in Spain. Valencia Basket competes in Spain's top-tier Liga Femenina Endesa and the EuroLeague Women.
Her debut date remains unconfirmed, pending her medical examination and availability. Bibby suited up for Uni Girona CB last season, so she has experience playing in both the Liga Femenina Endesa and the EuroLeague Women.
Bibby is set to enter WNBA free agency this offseason, with the Lynx able to retain her rights through a reserved qualifying offer.
