Britney Spearshas voluntarily checked herself into a treatment facility, her representative confirmed to ABC News on Sunday.

No additional details were released.

The update comes afterSpears' arrestin March, according to records from the Ventura County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities said at the time she was taken into custody on March 4, by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs after officers stopped a BMW 430i reported for erratic, high-speed driving.

Spears, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, showed signs of impairment and underwent field sobriety tests, CHP said.

Results of a chemical test are still pending, and the investigation remains ongoing.

She was released the morning of March 5 and is scheduled to appear in Ventura County Superior Court on May 4, 2026.

Following the arrest, her representative said in a statement at the time: "This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable."

"Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long-overdue change that needs to occur in Britney's life," the statement continued. "Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time."

The statement added at the time that her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline, will be spending time with her and that her loved ones are working on a plan to support her well-being.

Shannon Elizabeth is open-minded about returning to theAmerican Piefranchise.

In an interviewFox Newspublished on Sunday, the 52-year-old actress reflected on playing sexy foreign exchange student Nadia and noting what a possible return for her character looks like.

"I would love to see a film where it’s all about Nadia back in her home country and what she does there, and following her around, seeing her day-to-day life now," Elizabeth said, referring to Nadia being back in Czechoslovakia. "I think that would be so much fun."

Elizabeth revealed her audition required her to do the dancing instead, noting "I had to dance for Jason instead of him dancing for me."

"I’m not somebody [who’s] super comfortable in my own skin, to be honest," she added. "But, you just overcome that. When you have to turn it on, you have to work, because I do love working. I do love acting. So you just let everything else go."

Elizabeth's memorable portrayal of Nadia helped her land a role in another iconic franchise,Scary Movie. She's also appeared inTomcats,Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back,Thirteen Ghosts, andLove Actually.

The 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be taped on Nov. 14 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremony will be available to watch in December on ABC and Disney+.

To be considered eligible for induction, the artist or band must have released its first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination. Vandross and Wu-Tang Clan are first-time nominees. The rest of the inductees have been nominated in the past.

This year, 17 performers were nominated for induction, includingNew Edition,Pink,Shakira,The Black Crowes,Jeff Buckley,Mariah Carey,INXS,Melissa EtheridgeandLauryn Hill.

"The song came out of a working-class environment," Kinks guitarist Dave Davies once told the outlet. "People fighting for something."

Early on, the Davies brothers knew they had a hit with “You Really Got Me.” Originally inspired by a female fan he spotted dancing at a club, Ray Davies proclaimed it to be his all-time greatest song.

"When I left the studio, I felt great. It may sound conceited, but I knew it was a great record," he once said of 'You Really Got Me," perUltimate Classic Rock. "I said I'd never write another song like it, and I haven't."

Dave Davies described the breakout Kinks hit as “such a pure record.” “It’s a love song for street kids,” he was quoted as saying in the book,You Really Got Me: The Story of the Kinks.“They’re not going to wine and dine you, even if they knew how to chat you up. ‘I want you—come ‘ere.”

In 1978, Van Halen released a cover version of “You Really Got Me” on their debut album. While the song was a radio hit, Dave Davies felt it missed the mark.

“When I first heard Van Halen’s version of ‘You Really Got Me,’ I laughed,” the Kinks legend toldGuitar Playerin an interview. “It just seemed so exaggerated. It really misses the point of the whole meaning of the song: four working-class guys, struggling to do something different. In the original record, you can sense that in its energy, the roughness. It’s very impure.”

Still, Davies acknowledged that the Kinks had a big influence on later bands.

“It’s always very flattering for people to copy you,” he said. “We’ve been copied more than a lot of people would care to admit. Ray’smusichas impressed upon and influenced a lot of people in many different ways.”

ActorFrankie Muniz— star of the TV sitcom “Malcolm in the Middle” — crashed his truck in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday, April 11.

Muniz, 40, did not sustain any significant or notable injuries as a result of the crash, according to multiple reports, though he was unable to finish the race.

“I actually thought we were running pretty good. I felt pretty quick,” he told Fox Sports’Bob Pockrassafter Friday’s race. “We were in the lucky dog position, so I was just trying to do some good lap times. I think there was like 10 to go on the stage.”

Muniz’s new show, “Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair,” premiered the very same day. The show, a spinoff of the iconic early 2000s sitcom, features Muniz reprising his classic role.Bryan CranstonandJane Kaczmarekalso return to their roles in the four-episode miniseries.

Muniz — racing in a “Malcolm in the Middle”-themed F-150 truck — crashed withTyler ReifandTimmy Hillon Turn 3 of the track.

“I think [Reif] maybe got impatient, I don’t know,” Muniz said. “He was yelling at me in there, saying I’m a lapper, like I shouldn’t be racing. I’m in the lucky dog position. I’m fighting. I belong on that racetrack just as much as he does, just as much as the leaders do.”

He continued, “I’m not going to back down on that. I haven’t seen a replay, but based on what I felt, I went to the middle of the track. I didn’t track all the way out to show that I was going to go back to the bottom.”

As the two drivers went into the turn, Reif seemingly clipped Muniz’s truck while trying to pass him, and both trucks crashed into the wall. Hill was right behind Reif and ended up in the crosshairs of the crash.

Muniz has been passionate about racing since he was a kid, and is famously one of the last people whospoke with the late NASCAR legend,Dale Earnhardt, before his fatal 2001 crash.

“He was extremely friendly to me,” Muniz recalled of the legendary driver in the February 2026 FS1 documentaryWe’ve Lost Dale Earnhardt: 25 Years Later. “And I remember he said, ‘I have to say thank you to you … because your show has brought me and my daughter closer together.’ He’s like, ‘It’s something that we turn on Sunday nights and we watch together.’”
